Philosophy

What is yoga? Is it the physical or mental aspects that it gifts you or is the abundance of endless possibilities presented by the knowledge of its origin? For me, it’s letting go and allowing ourselves to be immersed into well-being by treating your body to the essential benefits of the practice. Yoga is courage, responsibility, and authority to giving oneself the taste of emancipation from the pressures of society. It is to be aligned within, but one must learn how to detach, but by first understanding attachment in its flesh. Yoga is the practice of developing through stages in attempts to restore the self to its original state of consciousness and clarity. The word yoga now a days comes in many forms, so weather from its derived Hindu roots “to yoke” or “to unite” or modern meaning as a path to finding oneself, it has influenced, empowered and instilled morality with its students based on the teachings and symbolism.

VINYASA FLOW AND KAPALABHATI MEDITATION

Your mission should you choose to accept it is to implement 12 hours within a month in order to amplify your performance, and pliability within your everyday pursuits by incorporating the practice of vinyasa flow, and Kapalabhati meditation.

BACK AND SPINE
YOGA FLOW

Your mission should you choose to accept it is to revive the muscles elasticity, strengthen the back and spine for proper body alignment, good posture, and alleviate mid and lower back pain.

POWER VINYASA
FLOW

Your mission should you choose to accept it is to boost your immune system, stabilize hormone abnormalities, and increase the blood circulation of the body using various yoga postures.

Live Fit Now Challenges

The LFN Challenge is designed to give you a preview of what to anticipate as you continue your journey along side me. Each of the challenges will consists of various yoga asanas that are beginner friendly to improve flexibility, joint mobility, and stimulate the mind.
